After a committee headed by Dr. Wayne Wolf identified the location for its permanent campus, Kent State at Stark became a reality with the design of its Main Hall building (rendering above). Bids for contractors went out and the completion for construction was set for 1967. Expected enrollment for both day and night classes was set at 2,000 to 3,000 students.
