Kent State University Libraries hosted its 2026 Constitution Day Celebration on September 17, featuring disability rights attorney Katie Hunt Thomas. Her presentation explored constitutional protections for people with disabilities and the continuing role of advocacy in advancing disability rights. The program also included questions from a student panel and members of the audience. The annual event provides an opportunity for the university community to examine and reflect on the Constitution and its role in contemporary society.
